is hiring.

They are protesting the contract award. They may have good grounds to
do so. The "Fat Lady" has not yet sung.

Well, the GAO is due to pass judgement on that in mid June.
And then of course Bo(e)ing's pet politicians will try to torpedo
the contract delaying the acquisition yet again.
