Hi,

I have a Winter ASI, marked for my Ventus 2bx, and I'd like to get it
repaired/overhauled. *Anyone know where I can get this done? *Do I
need to contact the factory, or is there a U.S. source?

Not sure on US sources, however Winter has very fast and accommodating
customer service. It costs very little to get your ASI to them, and
they are quite good on the shipping back as well as for charging for
actual repairs. As a bonus with Winter (as opposed to someone here)
for a small amount extra (15 euro-ish) they will make you a brand new
face for it, with the correct serial/werk # engraved on it, in
addition to redoing your colored arcs for another 5 euros or so...

Paul,

Thanks - that sounds like a plan to me! I have emailed them through
their website, so hopefully they will get back to me soon with
shipping info.
