The photo you posted is plainly marked as copyright Glenn Alderton.

You aren't the first person to post copyrighted photos to this newsgroup,
and you won't be the last. However - Glenn is a regular poster to this
group, and might take exception to someone else posting his images. He is
currently on vacation, otherwise I suspect that you would have already
been contacted by him.

If you are going to post copyrighted photos on the newsgroup, it is
probably a good idea to make sure that the copyright holder doesn't read,
and post, to the newsgroup that you are posting their photos on.

Wouldn't every picture on this NG be copyright to someone..
I am also sure I remember Glenn saying that if someone uses his pictures
commercially he expects to be contacted and Paid?
