This is pretty basic but was clean. I stayed there a couple of times
a few years ago. Not exactly central but not far on underground. In
Montmatre which I personally would prefer.
If you are keen it is walkable I seem to recall.
2.8km as crow flies to Louvre, many main tourist things are
near there.
