Would it be appropriate to say "Bravo e buona fortuna"? Or should it be
"Brava"?

If she were a soprano, it would be. A tenor gets a bravo. Two tenors:
bravi. Two sopranos: brave. One soprano and one tenor: bravi.
Remembering these things helps keep you awake during the opera.
