Yes, and they are tube tires.

If the tube leaks, yes, they will rust out the rim more quickly.
I believe I have heard of a non salt liquid now available. *I recall hearing
that it is much more expensive, and not used as much.
I'll ask my active farming friends tomorrow, if I can remember to.
