He was the LEAD NAVCOM engineer for the entire State of Georgia and worked
directly for the FAA SMO Manager who was over all the FAA facilities in
Georgia. My FAA friends told me he was one of the best in the business. A
good friend of mine who is an instructor at the FAA academy in Oklahoma
City informed me he was one of the best VOR/DME specialists in the entire
FAA.
