havn't made that turn (Start), XC-Soar will not advance to the next.
But if you want to skip a turnpoint you can always focus the waypoint-
infobox and
press "advance", or, if you you want to restart a task you can press
"back".
Advance and Back is usually Left-key *and Right-key on most PDA's.
Hope this explains.
