Arizona is in the AWP (Western-Pacific) file. You just needed to try
one more!

If you GE doesn't support clamped polygons you should probably upgrade
your version. Mine is 4.7.3xxxx. (I haven't yet found a runway that
wasn't clamped to the ground.)
