This doesn't belong on RAS because it doesn't relate to soaring. And,
it doesn't belong anywhere else because it is entirely phony.
Achieving 100m of altitude (approximation from the vid) requires an
initial velocity of 44m/s. Estimating the traverse distance as .7m on
the springboard would require a sustained 140G acceleration to get up
to 44m/s. At that acceleration human legs are spaghetti. There is no
way that bent knees could possibly couple that energy into his torso.
