According to the EXIF data, photo taken 10/2007, altered 01/2009.

What is more interesting is that there never was a Tutor 114202.
Highest serial was 114190.

It is a private owner, perhaps a repaint of a Malaysian CL-41G. Need
to know the serial number to be certain.
