In 1998 or 1999, someone posted a picture on this group of an aircraft
in a salt mine. The poster claimed to be working in a nuclear waste
storage facility and took a picture of the crew cabin of the NB-36H
nuclear test aircraft.

The only copy I had of the photo left here with the burglar who stole
my computer.

Went back thru the archives of this group back 20 years (40,000+photos)
and found total of 24 B-36 photos and 3 NB-36 photos 18 crew photos
but no salt mine photos, no cabin, no cockpit, no nuclear aircraft
no nuclear waste photos,,

any other groups that it may have been it ?
