We dont need a page on mx. Just go to the page on Aspergers Syndrome
and you will see Mx described perfectly. *And his behaviour isnt
confined to telling pilots how to fly aeroplanes. *He will offfer his
"expert" opinion to anyone on any subject. *If you want to see some of
his best work go and visit one of his other favourite haunts,
alt.support.shyness. *He is the resident Dr.Phil giving advice on all
sorts of relationship issues. Not bad for a fellow who claims he isnt
even interested in the opposite sex, or his own sex for that matter..
but he has read about it! . * I think he has a secret fantasy for a
twosome, but thinks sex is for extroverts. *I once surmised on this
group that if I introduced myself to Mx as Terry , his reply *would be
" No you're not" * and that pretty well sums him up. *Its sad, I know
but many people , including myself , have tried to give him the
benefit of the doubt and help him but its impossible. *He is incapable
of admitting he is wrong, and I think its best to just accept thats
the way he is and either ignore him, or humour him. If he has any self
esteem at all , the only thing that holds that together is his
delusion that he is smarter than everyone else, and that that is the
reason for all his lifes failures. Let him have his delusion,

ps
I already know what his reponse would be to this.
1. *Aspergers doesnt exist - its just a name extroverts ( people who
have sex) *give to introverts.
2. *He is smarter than everyone else.

Someone in another thread suggested he was a sock puppet for a
psychologist. If he is such a creation, the shrink is really pretty
good at projecting a personality, but this would also be considered an
experiment on humans, and would need institutional review board
approval. Moreover, we, the subjects, would have to give informed
consent rather than the defacto consent we do give by feeding the
virtual troll or the real Anthony.

The only flaw in the behaviour model is its consistancy. Inappropiate
consistancy, according to some professionals, is consistant with other
mental disease states. If there's a DSM (Diagnostic and Statistical
Manual of Mental Disorders, the shrink's bible --- if third party
payment is desired) on line you can try to fit your impressions to one
or more of the conditions listed there.

People are hired at medical schools to present symptoms to students to
help those students learn to better diagnosis illnesses, including
mental illnesses. Should Anthony read this, it may be something he'd
like to explore in Paris, if it's done there. Around here, people make
somewhat more than pocket change doing that work.
