I just got pictures today. The Lightning is being prepared for Reno

2004.
The engine will be turbocharged.

Barnyard BOb -- The End

The beginning. White Lightning won its class at Reno 2 years ago. It was
turbocharged. The blower was powered by a 2-stroke engine in the belly of
the airplane. The turbocharger, designed by a member of our chapter here,
is used to obtain sea-level horsepower only, since the altitude at Reno is
about like Denver's.
