Well you may have read about a new version of the SPOT coming out in a few
months. But there is currently a very good deal going on for the existing
units. But the rebate program ends on August 3rd. You must order the unit
on or before August 3rd. There are several rebate options, but the best
deal is a rebate of $149.95 (the cost of the SPOT hardware) when you sign up
for 2 years of full service.

I have unit is stock that I would love to sell before the new units come
out. To get the rebate for a free unit, you must pay $149.95 for the new
unit and then get that amount back in the rebate. I can't sell them at a
discount if you want to get the rebate. After the rebate has concluded I'll
probably be willing to "dump" any units remaining in stock at a low price -
but it won't be as good of a deal as the rebate deal.
