AT&T and Terrestar announced a 3G and satellite capable phone today.
Available in 2010 through AT&T this solution sounds like it would be
great for those areas in the western US that do not have consistent
cell phone coverage.

Of course cost will be of high interest as the user will be required
to a AT&T and Terrestar contract.
