Read Section: 10.6. Flying Clubs

There may be clubs in violation of provisions contained within.

"10.6.C.2 Flying clubs may not offer or conduct charter, air taxi, or
aircraft rental operations. They may conduct aircraft flight
instruction for regular members only, and only members of the flying
club may operate the aircraft."

E.g. My quick read say that a club can not give "for compensation"
rides. Our club generates significant revenue from day member rides.

On the other side, there a re lots of provisions that many airport
operators should hate. There are plenty of vioations on their side
too. They may be forced to operate like an airport!
