Hello Zuniz2,
I just bought a glider about 2500 miles away and used this guy in a
roundabout way through uship, I think if you contacted him directly it
would save a few bucks. The important part is that he is highly
overinsured for a glider trailer at no extra cost and he's not some
randon yahoo out there trying to scam a few bucks. I gotta tell
you......when I had him pick up my trailer 2500 miles away from home
the lights didn't work (yes the previous owner was there and confirmed
this even though he promised me they did a week prior), Robert rewired
the trailer in the rain and charged me less than any shop would
of...and for less than I would of been willing to stand out in the
rain and do it myself for. Then he caught a failing wheel bearing
before it let go ( I saw the wheel bearing, it definatly was about to
let go, so much for the owner telling me they had just been repacked),
rounded up the parts and changed BOTH at a truckstop himself in the
middle of the night for again.....parts + less than I would of been
willing to get greasy for. Awesome guy, communicated very well, and
the price was good. The best part was that he was so scared of hurting
anything he was driving way carefull.
His email address is
, and you can find him on
UShip under the username yosimalac. Again, I'd try to contact him
directly to save a couple of bucks, and if your not in a big hurry he
can schedule another load on the empty run to save some more cash.
P.S. Did you buy a Zuni?
