Default Info Needed on Exporting a Glider To Brazil

If the ship is type certificated you need an "Airworthiness for
export" certificate which requires a "conformity" inspection by an
A&P. When I shipped a bird to Argentina, the Argentinian Counsulate in
LA had to approve the shipment. They ignored two requests because my
letter didn't contain the $35 fee and they didn't bother to tell me I
needed to send some mula. Kind-a like dealing with Centrair!
