So far my plan
was to mold the cuffs on the wing using west systems epoxy.


While West Systems is fine epoxy and all, if you can get real aircraft
resin/hardener is it MUCH nicer to work with. The L285 system is the
nicest stuff I've ever worked with and kinda smells like pretzels when
it's mixed and even again later when sanded. Of course if you actually
*like the smell and toxicity of highly outgassy boat resin than have a
ball!

Sorry to not answer your question, I nearly always wind up picking the
hardest way to do stuff and want to hear the other opines too...
