What are you using right now?
Nothing.
I have a SeeYou Mobile license, but my HP310 and Dell Axim PDA are
pretty much useless in sunlight.
I fly with a 302/303. A moving map is a novelty at this point. I'm not
a contest guy, so what I have works very well for xc flying. Although
if I could find a PNA device that's usable (visible) it would be a
nice addition to the cockpit.
Any ideas whether or not the Mio400 supports 4800 baud on the USB /
RS232 interface? I understand that the IPAQ 310/314 can not work with
the C302 since the Ipaq can not communicate at 4800 bauds. Any chance
that this Mio400 could be connected to an 302 or an L-Nav?
Thanks,
I could not find any information that leads me to believe it will
interface via RS232. It has no bluetooth either.- Hide quoted text -

Paolo reported on his link above that the M400 had "USB with RS232
compatible with HP314". I *assume* that the same RS232 adapter that
folks use on the 310/314 would work on the M400. Paolo - Would you be
so kind to shed further light on the interface capabilities of the
device? By the way, are there some commercial RS232 adapters available
out there? The only one that I have seen so far is the one from
Goddard. Thanks.
