I would like to register for Techical Soaring which I heard is for
free. I always receive the answer "This journal is currently not
accepting user registrations."

Any idea what to do?


Free for OSTIV members... you need to join, login, then register for
e-version of TS. f you are a member and already tried this, your post
doesn't indicate such but I apologize for pointing out the obvious.
