Art, can I ask you to speculate? How would you have felt manning a laser
designator rather than a Norden sight? Better, worse, or "still putting
ordnance on target"?

It just struck me that while the pictures are a superb example of
hitting a tough target with unguided bombs, the modern approach is to
use many fewer aircraft and many fewer bombs: but to go for precision
guidance to hit even more accurately.
