I believe it relates to the old meaning of "loll." He's passed out and
his head has rolled to one side, with his mouth open and his tongue
stuck out. The sound is from the gurgling of his saliva, which he may
soon choke on.
So I guess it was actually TYPED by somebody who has found him in this
condition and is hoping he chokes.
