I think more of private flight instructors! I am not a fan of flight
schools where everybody wears pretentious uniforms with epaulets, etc.

They may teach airline procedures, but they do not teach aviating. Most
of those guys would not know how to handle an engine failure, because
they always fly powered approaches, dragging in on long finals.
