Not quite the same thing, but here in the UK when landing at my home field,
I was asked by the final Controller I spoke to to call the field I had just
left. Turns out I busted their noise abatement procedures and was the result
of (one of many) complaints (the field has a particularly picky 'neighbour'
that loves to get aircraft registrations and call to complain).

Was just told what I'd done and asked to be a little more careful in future.
