I tried a Google with just 'Larissa Sikorsky' and suprisingly found a picture
on :-

that looks like your one.

And searched for Larissa + S-55, or H-19... but not Sikorsky...

In case the link fails it would appear to be 13930 preserved at Soukas
Robotics, Ex Athine, Ex USAF 51-3830.
