Yes, as long as you have a current medical.
The EAA is working with Canada to have them
recognize the American Lightsport category and
accept that certificated status, same as is now
being done in the Bahamas. Anyone holding a
current Private Pilot's certificate can fly
lightsport planes to Canada. There are mandatory
insurance requirements, and a minimum 2 hour
advance notice of your flight plan.
