hoping desparately to be somewhere else. (Although I don't know where)

His English usage and certain slang are more American than South African. Taken
as a whole he sounds like someone from New England or New York. In any event he
is a fool.

I can't tell where he was hatched, but his headers trace him back to a
dialup ISP in South Africa. If he's up thisaway, I'd hat to think of
what his phone bill's like.
