Hmm, the vast majority of the pictures were under 200 kb, though a couple
did go over that. I don't think most people would have a problem with
that. However, you are at liberty to ignore the larger files if you wish.

The problem is that they are multi part, when they don't need to be so large
that they become multi part.

Get the whole picture down to a couple hundred k so they can be one part;
that is the key.
