If they've got an ASOS and you have MatLab there's public domain
software to extract and collate the datahttp://www.itl.nist.gov/div898/winds/asos-wx/asos-wx.htm

Otherwise, Weather Underground may be your best bet.

You don't have to pay, and you don't have to get software. Where do
you think Wundeground gets it's data? Mostly from the Gov't. Check
NWS, RAWS, for weather reporting stations nearby
