Yup! The boom/nacelle chin intakes have the smaller opening and swept
back look of the P-38E through to P-38H and the "Lightning MkI &
MkII". The P-38J & P-38L had the large chin intake for the new
intercoolers.
Whatever. She's still a thing of beauty, even with the tacky trademarks.
