Default UK2 KA949 DH MosquitoB25 MickBurrowPhoto.jpg

hi dave,
i think you might find that the 25 in the title refers to the roman numerals
XXV.
B was the designation for the bomber versions of the Mossie, therefore the
model Mossie pictured is a BXXV.
IE: Mosquito B Mk 25 : Improved version of the Mosquito B Mk XX Bomber
aircraft. Powered by two 1,620 hp (1,208 kW) Packard Merlin 225 piston
engines; 400 built.

See Wikipedia at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/De_Havi...squito#Bombers

The title calls the Mosquito a B-25. Albeit very similar, these are two
different. Denoted easily by the twin vert stabs on the 25 and only a
single on the DH98....Or am I mistaken....
