Here are some points I look for (non-motorglider) in no particular
order;

- Create a web site with all the details! *Evenhttp://flickr.comwill
do.
- Multiple pictures at every angle, inside and out.
- List of the instrumentation/avionics/battery(ies).
- If recorder included when last certified.
- Date of last annual. *If out of annual then explain why.
- Age of glider
- Total hours
- Accident history if any (if it is on NTSB you really need to explain
what/how)
- Tail number
- List any defects - you don't want someone showing up and
* then leave right away wasting everyone's time.
- Rate the finish 1 to 10. *Mention the type of finish (people will
assume gelcoat)
- Provide a link to the Sailplane Directory for this glider
- List the glider specifications (L/D, etc)
- Details of the trailer, brand, age, etc. *If homebuilt add even more
details.
- List accessories or spare parts that come with the glider
* (self rigger, parachute, tire/tube, etc).
- ADs should be complied with so mention it.
- Anything special about the glider (win a contest, reprofiled wings,
* *airbrake warning, custom stuff, winglets, etc)
- Price being asked. *I dislike reading about a glider and there is no
price.
- Email and phone number
