Default Goddard Cable Problem

I had a bad Goddard PS5a-1 cable for the first few days of the Uvlade contest last year. The dealer was insistent that it could not be the cable. When a replacement cable was finally shipped after day 3 or so and tens of hours of trying to find a software configuration or other problem...the system immediately fired up. So the cable was actually bad. Now I hear of another problem with the same cable...so it is the beginning of a trend perhaps?

The new Goddard PS5a-1 cable (shipped mid Uvalde) worked flawlessly for me during the fall and is for sale now that I have sold my LX5000. If interested in a discounted and barely used replacement, please give me a call.

i think), and it was working fine at first, but now I am just seeing
jibberish being transmitted when I go into terminal mode in see you on the
Oudie. I have tried the Naviter cable, and the FP10 is working correctly as
that cable transmits the data without issue.

Did I possibly fry my goddard cable???

Thanks
