Power FLARM deliveries?

I received a dealer's email notification that PowerFLARM is now
available for delivery. However, FCC site still shows that it has not
been granted FCC approval.
If sales of Power FLARM are going ahead without FCC approval why
didn't we just buy the European version?
Maybe I'm wrong about FCC approval but it ought to show up under
grantee code ZKU and I only see the portable listed.

I responded to my dealer with needs for the 3 I have on order indicating that 2 of the 3 are needed for gliders going to the WGC and expressing a wish to do installation and integration in advance, i.e. not at the last minute.
I'm copied back on message to my dealer that he did not act according to their instructions and that Flarm folks are now targeting the pilots flying in 18M(10guys!) and Sports Nats.
After that, I guess we'll see where the next group will be doled out.
As a member of the US rules committee, I am officially strongly in favor of adoption of this technology. As a pilot and a customer, I am more than a little ****ed.
Rant over
