Yes, Texas State Technical College in Waco Tx. is the current certificate holder for Terra. They have a flat rate repair cost that is very reasonable, and you can get AOG rush status if you need it in a hurry. 90 day warranty, they are quite good. I like the fact that the repair fees help support the college and its programs. A neat approach to education.
