Does anyone know where I can get a copy of Slingsby Technical Instruction (TI) No. 109/T51, Issue No. 2. It is the inspection requried to comply with the wing spar AD. I can find a copy of Issue No. 1 and Issue No. 3. The problem is that the US AD on the dart is against Issue No, 2 and I am having a hard time finding it on the internet.
