Default What airplane would you recommend for these specifications?

It seems to me the initial question had to be asked by a non-pilot.

The Bonanza was certified for some areobatics, but it is a slippery airplane and could get to red line pretty quickly going down hill.

I have an m20J, and lean its HO 360 to 9 gph and file at 160 kts. 100 octane low lead is getting expensive these days.

Aerobatic Bonanza.

Damn, now *I* want one. I had no idea there was such a thing.

How much fuel do they burn?

It is the aerobatic version of the F-33, IIRC -- made back in the late

70s/early 80s. It had the IO-520 Continental, so it should burn around

14-15 gph.
