I am sure this is irrelevant but just in case - I know my Oudie interface cable will not communicate with my AV8OR, and I think the reason is because the AV8OR serial interface does not work if power is also supplied to the mini USB.

By the way, I find the internal AV8OR gps has superb accurate reception. However I have moved on from the AV8OR first to an Oudie and now to a GliderGuider (same as V2) because I find the extra screen size a real advantage. The GG is a great platform for soaring and power flying software.
