If not use chapter 8 of ac43.13-2B as a guide and you'll have to get a 337. Either way I'd you want a release inside the cockpit you'll need a 337.
Should be pretty easy to get the 182 towing and sounds like a great opportunity. Its always nice to have a locally based towplane.
