Kirk,
Richard's note below is correct. In addition, to set to unit to output all
data on the RJ45 port, use:
$PFLAC,S,NMEAOUT1,61 (recommended) or $PFLAC,S,NMEAOUT,61 (works OK too)
Enabling the protocol 6 data is necessary for sending out ADS-B and Mode C/S
data.
Below is a link to a great PowerFLARM Core Configuration File Generation
Tool

The default baudrate is 19200 - which is fine for most applications.
Therefore, it is not absolutely necessary to set the baud rate.

I've seen both of these in example FLARMCFG files, are they both correct?

Kirk,
They are correct depending on what you want to set.
$PFLAC,S,NMEAOUT2, 61
Turns on the NMEA output DB9 port 2 and uses Data Port protocol 6 , 1 means
it sends sentences GPRMC, GPGGA, GPGSA plus FLARM proprietary sentences
(incl. PGRMZ)
$PFLAC,S,Baud2,2
Sets baud rate DB9 port 2 to 19.2K
I use the first set of commands for the Brick.
