Moriarty is back on a 7 day per week schedule. A few days ago, I got off at
1,100' AGL (7,300' MSL) in 18 kts lift, climbed to 15,000' and headed out.
Top of the flight was 17,800' MSL. Ah... High desert soaring. It just
can't be beat for reliability!

After a decent 70 degree yesterday. We're back to rain (snow up north) in
wi. One of these days I hope the runway will no longer be the swampy
morass
it is now.

Supposedly it is spring here is the frozen tundra, but it sure doesn't
seem
that way.
