I know this has been discussed before, would like to know what wax to use on a sailplane finished in acrylic paint. Would prefer to use one that does not require a buffer.

WX Seal and WX Block. Wings and Wheels has it in stock. Hand applying the wax is fine, but the first part is a compound of sorts, and I use little Port Cable Random Orbital buffer and a medium cut foam pad.
The excellent but expensive Wx Seal and Wx Block system is really designed for gelcoat, for which I can highly recommend it, although it can be used on acrylic finishes.

A good quality modern motor vehicle polish (like the Klasse that Andrej mentioned) is all you need for PU/acrylic finishes.
