I'm not Paul, but let me try: the Zeus is LX Navigation's attempt to imitate LXNAV's competing product LX9000. LX Navigation's advertisement does not name a single feature that would make the Zeus appear more powerful than the LX9000, therefore I don't believe it's a generation step-up, more like catch-up.

(I've never seen a Zeus a.k.a. Kanardia Nesis in real-life, all I know is what I've read on LX Navigation's web site.)
