I spent a few hours shooting at "Warbirds Over Paso" today at the Paso
Robles, CA airport. This was a collaborative show with Chino's Planes
of Fame and Paso Robles' Estrella Warbird Museum. Here are two shots to
go on with, I have 1008 shots to go through to pick keepers, fixers,
and rejects. So there should be more to follow.
Your pictures are so nice, I would love it if posted these and the
rest at the highest resolution possible!
Obviously my brain was not firing on all cylinders when I authored the
post above. Allow me to try again!
Your pictures are outstanding! Any possibility you could post the
full resolution version of these two as well as full res versions of
the rest of the batch from Saturday the 5th? Thanks!
That's OK, I understood.
When I am done I expect to have somewhere between 25-40 or thereabouts
real keepers out of the 1008 shots I took. I posted some of those
cherry picked from last year along with a few full res versions via
Dropbox links. I think that is a more practical way to share such
images of that file size. I also limit the time I make files of that
size available via Dropbox link.
Also, there are some here who have issues decoding Yenc processed
images and once they start getting that big, a Dropbox, Google Drive,
or Pogoplug link is a more practical way to share I don't believe you
will find too many posts here of 4+MB.
Here is a link to the P-51D, fat, 4321x2880 4.5MB version to see if
that will work for you;

Thanks for both of your posts and all the photos. I absolutely love
being able to zoom in and count the rivets, not to mention being able
to see all the imperfections in the skin of the B-25.
Full resolution on these pictures adds a whole new dimension to the
experience. Unlike with women, seeing all the hairs and warts on the
warbirds puts me back in the cockpit!
I haven't had any problems downloading large attachments in any of the
other binary groups, however, beggars can't be choosers, I will take
them however you feel it is best to post them.
