True. About half of the OV-10Ds at Patrick have the spray apparatus on them.
They fly sorties over the coca crop in Columbia, accompanied by State Dept
armed UH-1Ns that are also based at Patrick.

It seems to me they could have retained the mini-guns
and the bomb racks (rocket dispensers) and save the
cost of the UH-1s!
