office, I believe.)

Interestingly, the Collegian website is down. Because of the heavy
traffic, the editor claims. But I tried it at 5 a.m. eastern time,
when not many collegians can be expected to be computing.

Does anyone have a link to a site where the entire text is quoted?
I've found two paragraphs only, plus some out-of-context quotes.
