Soon a retired USAF (ex RAAF) (Q)F-4G Phantom will be heading to
Australia to a collection of a friend of mine.
Serial is 69-7207.
This hunter also scored the last HARM/Sam kill by a F-4G in 1993.
Any former weasels who flew this aircraft could they email me with info
if can on their time with the aircraft.
I looked up the serial number and it doesn't mention any Iraqi radar
site kills by 69-7207, however it does mention 62 missions flown
during Desert Storm. You probably already have this information.
"7207 (c/n 3862) returned to USAF 6/1973. Modified to F-4G. Flew 62
missions in Desert Storm. To AMARC as FP0971 9/17/1997. To
Tyndall AFB as QF-4G AF172 6/8/1998."
