If anyone has used them to finish an add on rating I'd like to hear about your experience. How many flights before check ride sign off? Any issues with the FBO or the DPE?

A few people have recommended Williams Soaring, however when I spoke to the instructor at Williams (not Rex) I got the feeling they would not be very easy on a visiting pilot.
